Not-So-Urgent Fangirl Bulletin: TDS Edition
Hello people!

Nobody seems to have posted this, SO: Jon Stewart donates bone marrow for 4-year old New Yorker with leukemia (or you could just read the whole thing below).

NEW YORK (WPIX) -- Hundreds of people turned out for a bone marrow drive in Tribeca to help 4-year-old Kai Anderson who is battling a rare and aggressive form of leukemia.  Among those who registered to be a donor was comedian Jon Stewart.

"We're just from the neighborhood, that sort of thing,  but we know the situation all too well, and the nice part is it doesn't have to be someone you know.  You can be a match, and it's easy.  It's a cheek swab and it's an outpatient procedure," the talk show host said.

Stewart demonstrated the simple screening test for the PIX NEWS.

The family has endured more than its share of heartache during the past few years.  In 2007 Kai's mother, Birgit Anderson,  underwent emergency heart surgery.  Months later her husband David was diagnosed with an incurable form of lymphoma.

"I'm going to wait as long as possible before starting treatment," said David Anderson.  "Right now my focus is on my son, and getting him through this."

For more information about upcoming bone marrow drives for Kai, click here.

How is he so fucking amazing? HOW? *glomps J-Stew*

Come Over to the Dark Side; We Has Cheezburgers
Hello people!

Today was fun but also...I dunno...weird? I'm in this incredibly odd mood. I'm not angry or sad, I just feel...kinda depressed. I don't know.

I had a dream last night, but the only thing I remember is that this guy worked with his best friend at a movie company. The BFF got the guy the job, even though the guy doesn't really know what he's doing. Um. Yeah, something happened, but I don't recall what. *shrugs* I woke up around eleven, of course. Got online for a bit, said hi to mom and dad, and started my day with a root beer float. X]

Mom and I decided that I would accept Green Mountain's offer now, rather than waiting to hear from NYU or Amherst. I don't really wanna go to Amherst (and kinda never did), and I hear that NYU is big on rejections. I'm really actually more than happy with going to Green Mountain. We looked at them more last night and this morning and they seem really amazing and totally awesome. I'm excited to go there.

Around 1:00, we went to Easton, which is this huge, sprawling, outside-mall. It was REALLY fun. We stopped at Hot Topic and I got: a Dexter t-shirt (!!!), a Kingdom Hearts t-shirt, and a LOLcat t-shirt! :D I wanted to get a Coraline t-shirt and a Charlie the Unicorn t-shirt, but they were $20 each and I don't have that kind of money, lol! X] We also got Nick a God of War II t-shirt and an MGS4 t-shirt. LOVE that store. <3

Then we went to Barnes&Noble and I bought myself Dearly Devoted Dexter (the books actually came before the show) and John Green's An Abundance of Katherines. I was afraid I wouldn't like John's work because while he's a HILARIOUS vlogger on YouTube, his books are more teen reading and I don't usually go for that sort of thing, but hot damn, this book is pretty funny so far. I really like it!

I also got a cute tote bag that's one of those save/reuse bags, ya know? It's green and it's got a tree on it, but instead of leaves, the tree's growing books! :D So adorable. Then we went to Olive Garden for dinner (around 5:00). That was delicious, of course. We got the ushe and I got a piece of my black tie mousse cake to go. Then mom stopped by Dress Barn for work clothes and I went to GameStop.

I wanted to see if they had the new Sims2: Apartment Life game for PC cuz I saw it and thought it looked awesome. They had it, but it says, "EXPANSION PACK" on the front, and I don't remember the original I saw saying that. I bought it, but now I'm really worried it's not the right one. Oh, well. If it's an expansion pack, I have a basic Sims game for it to go with, anyway. *shrugs*

We stopped at Michael's after that and I got an awesome print of Van Gogh's Starry Night. I really love it, it's def one of my all-time favorite paintings. Then we stopped at Blockbuster and picked up the second DVD of the first season of Dexter, cuz I haven't seen those eps. YAY! Then we came home. I kinda burst into tears on the way, though, and I still don't know why. Like I said, I'm not upset.

I have no reason to be, I got a ton of amazing stuff today! I really don't understand myself at all sometimes, lol. But yeah, now we're home and I gotta write up another article for work. Oh, everyone's doing that damn pick three men: marry, fuck, throw off a cliff meme, so I figure I should do it, too, lol. Shoebox gave me Kiefer Sutherland, Jon Stewart, and Robert Downey Jr.

You know the rules and so do I )

Mmm. Delicious men. <3 UM. Oh, title of this post is from my LOLcat t-shirt! XD I'll have to take pics at some point...eventually, lol. When I'm not feeling so utterly lazy. I'm gonna go eat my cake and watch 24. I never did that homework so it's either tonight or tomorrow that I gotta get 'em done, and Jon/Stephen will be saved for tomorrow, as I'm so not in the mood to laugh right now. Uh, yeah.

Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*

P.S. I know some of you are Zachary Quinto fans (Sylar from Heroes). I wanted to tell you incase you didn't know, Zachary played Adam in season 3 of 24 as a computer analyst - one of the best. I have been informed that he lives through the entire season! :D (I obviously don't remember much of season 3, it's not one of my faves, lol) I must admit, I'm not really a fan of his, but I think he looks pretty good on 24...

EDIT: OH JEEZ. I forgot! I finished my MindCandy final project last night!

Video and lyrics under the cut! :] )

Hello people!

Alternate title of this post: This Is Why I'm a Stephen Fangirl.

As I'm sure most of you Colbert flisters have heard by now, Stephen is traveling to the Persian Gulf to perform for soldiers.

“I’m not going there to change the world; I’m going to make jokes for the 140,000 people who are still there,” Colbert said.

He joked that his trip is an attempt to outdo Jon Stewart, host of Comedy Central’s “Daily Show.”

“It’s purely out of his competition of his [Jim] Cramer interview,” Colbert said. “I actually had to go to war zone just to do something more impressive than hammering CNBC.”

In all seriousness, Colbert said he is honored to have been asked to entertain U.S. troops.

“When you get asked to do this, I think you’d be a fool to say no,” Colbert said, notes that he has a flag from the 82nd Airborne Division given to him by a wounded soldier who attended his show.

Could he be any more wonderful? I fall in love with him a little more every day. Such a fantastic man. <3

You Want Us to Beat Up Old People in a Fiscally-Responsible Manner?
Hello people!

I woke up around 9:00 today to the sound of dad yelling at Nick and the stench of something burning.

Apparently, Nick went to the kitchen at 1:00 last night (I was asleep by then, so I didn't hear him) and started cooking some chicken fries. Then, he went back to his room to wait the fifteen minutes it takes before the chicken fries need to be turned over. And he promptly fell asleep. And the chicken fries sat cooking in the oven for eight hours. *facepalm*

I went out to the kitchen when I got up and holy shit, it smelled so bad. Blech. So I went back to my room, lol. I watched some Jon and Stephen before deciding I was hungry. Mom said she was gonna make scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns, all together like, uh...well, I can't think of the name, but it's really good, LOL. I said okay, but when I came out to eat, mom said she'd put ham in the mix.

I hate ham, and mom very well knows that, yet she asked if I was gonna eat breakfast anyway. Of course, I said no, I really don't like ham, and she got severely pissed off. Ya know, oh well! She's my mom, she should know by now that I don't like ham. Ahem. Oh, well, whatever. I was gonna make myself something else, but we're literally, like, OUT of food.

We don't have any frozen food, no lunch meat, no eggs and sausage left, seriously nothing. I eventually made myself toast with melted peanut butter, but it really wasn't very good, as I was craving a sandwich with MEAT. I went back to TDS/TCR and caught up completely. The title of this post is from one of the eps; the one with BKAD: Wyoming. HILARIOUSNESS. XD

Oh, god, Jon's tearing apart of Cramer. So epic. So amazing. So very Jon. How can anyone NOT love him? I mean, seriously? He's just so fucking awesome. Cramer totally looked like he was gonna break down and cry. I love when Jon gets into that vibe of, "I'm speaking for the people and we're all sick of your bullshit and now I'm calling you on it and you better cut it the fuck out." <3

Not much else happened today, really. Um. I'm feeling like writing, but also like playing video games, so I'm not sure which one I'll do. Maybe both? We have a 48-minute late start tomorrow (for no reason), so I can sleep a little longer, but I really don't wanna go to school. I'm so damn sick of school, can it PLEASE be fucking OVER now? Jeez, this shit is lasting forever!

*clears throat* OH GUYS. I need something. X] I posted about it earlier, here. I'm working on a little project and I need a music only (no vocals) version of "Beautiful Dirty Rich." Now, I've been reading about doing this (I tried and I have the wrong type of file, so I couldn't do it myself), and I understand that the altered version won't be perfect, but that's fine, I just need the music.

I have a hypothetical (it is such because I have not received an acceptance/rejection letter from NYU yet) question: if NYU accepts me but I get little or no money, scholarship/grant-wise, should I go to Green Mountain in Vermont, who has already accepted me and is offering to pay for about 3/4 of my entire tuition? I'm fine with going to Green Mountain, but I'd love to live in NYC, but there's the money issue...I just don't know. *ponders*

OKAY. TIME FOR...uh...I dunno, something else.

Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*

If You Breathe, You're Like Hitler
Hello people!

Man, what a piece of shit today was. Okay, wait, first of all, I had a dream that Jon and Stephen were covering the opening of Watchmen by staying up all Thursday night until Friday night. Jon tossed to Stephen, who was answering a bunch of phones and, like, taking notes about the movie or something. He did this weird thing where he spun his body around...

Like, ya know how in The Nightmare Before Christmas, the Mayor can spin his head around? Well, Stephen could do that with his torso. And it just spun like it was normal. And I was there, and I asked Stephen, "How'd you do that?!" cuz I was impressed and stuff, and he was about to answer me when I woke up. Suckish liek whoa. It's weird, too, cuz I don't care about seeing Watchmen. *shrugs*

Mom had an appointment at 8:00, so she had to get up early to get ready. Well, she was using our (Nick's and my) bathroom, even though she has her own bathroom. I informed her that I needed to use the restroom (for, like, ten minutes, prolly less), and she was like, "But I need to use it!" I wanted to say, "Well, you have your own fucking bathroom, go use THAT one," but obviously, I didn't.

I got my ten minutes but mom was pissed off at me for forty-ish minutes for wanting to use my own bathroom. *headdesk* Moving on. I realized how much I hate being in myth. I mean, I do like learning about the gods/goddesses (most of the time...), but I hate everyone in that class. We had more presentations done today and all of them, imo, were shit. They were stupid typical teenage shit.

Gay's Grey's Anatomy was done twice, and there was rap and country music comparisons, sports, One Tree Hill, even Gilmore Girls. I hate all of those things. And that's all there was! No one did any show that I like or watch. I really hate high school. *sigh* We got a review sheet in myth cuz we have a test tomorrow. I honestly think I'll do fairly well! I got every answer correct on the review sheet, so...

In math, we did two worksheets. I got 'em done in class so I didn't have to do them for homework. WHOOT. And, uh, here's something not so good: we found out our grades today and I have a D+ (67). I honestly don't mind it cuz I know why I have it and I know it can be fixed, but report cards come out in a week or so and mom will have none of my bad grades. I seriously doubt I'll get my phone at all.

That made me wanna cry, cuz I've been working really hard in math lately and it feels like it's been for nothing. :'( We learned the basics in AP Gov. and I actually understand it! I'm so thrilled, lol! I rarely get anything we learn in that class, so, yeah, I'm very happy about this. Um, in AmLit, we did a worksheet in review for the test we have tomorrow (yep, got a test in THAT class, too). It'll be way easy.

We didn't really do anything in MindCandy. Oh! New issues of the Panther Press came out, so we were all reading that and discussing how stupid it was. One of the articles was about the internet and the headline was, "Facebook, MySpace users might be committing crimes." And I was like, "No, REALLY? Cuz Facebook and MySpace are totally only exclusive to non-criminals."

Brian said, "Yeah, that's like saying, 'If you breathe air, you might be committing crimes!'" and we laughed hysterically, and then Cecil said, "Yeah, like, 'If you breathe, you're like Hitler.'" And then we laughed harder, LOL! XD You prolly had to be there, but it was hilarious at the time. Oh, okay, so, my shoe broke. It's got a strap across the top connected by elastic and a button, and it popped right off.

That really upset me, I hate when shit of mine breaks. Anywho, dad picked me up and we had to go to the store, but he got me some Burger King first. We went to Target and found that seasons 1, 2, and 3 of 24 were on sale for $17(!!!), so we bought season 2! :DDD I'm so fucking happy about that, I'm gonna watch it this weekend. I wanted coffee, but my Starbucks card is actually out of money, so I couldn't get one.

We went to the grocery store and got some snackage and lunchmeat and dad got me a Hot Wheels and a pack of gum. He was gonna get me some butterscotches, but they didn't have any, which bummed me out further. We finally went home after that and I helped dad pick out his new phone, cuz his old one CRASHED. He lost every number and picture and EVERYTHING.

So he has to get a new one. He picked the EN-V 2, which I think is GORGEOUS. It's sleek and geometrical and black and beautiful. <3 Mom came home for a bit and we watched last night's American Idol. I'm super pissed that Tatiana is back. I want nothing more than to see a bullet go through her head...sorry, I've been really violent today (thought-wise, of course, not physically, lol).

But yeah, I fucking hate her. And "Norman Gentle" should've gotten a second chance, imo. BUT WHATEVER. *sigh* Their last chance is tonight and hopefully, Tatiana will go home AGAIN. Oh, OH, going back to my phone, Nick came out and asked for a video game that came out TODAY and dad said maybe. MAYBE! After I've been told twice that we prolly can't get my phone yet for money reasons! >:O

I'm so sick of this shit. I'm desperate for college right now.

And sleep.

Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*

EDIT: To top it off? The pizza place we ordered a late dinner from got my calzone completely wrong. To the point that I can't eat it. *headdesk times a million*

He Better Ice Down His Balls!
Hello people!

Today was kinda miserable. Thankfully, I slept for most of it.

I got up at 11:00 today. I had to take a shower, but dad said we still had one Dexter left to watch before we went to Blockbuster for more. So I took a quick shower and then we watched the last ep of season one. It was SO GOOD. Kinda gross, but really good. XD It was 12:30-ish and I had three chicken fingers left over from OG last night, so I planned on eating those for lunch.

Nick eats everything. And I do mean EVERYTHING. But, he only eats it if it belongs to someone else in the house. Usually, he eats my food. I jokingly asked dad, "Did Nick eat my chicken in the night?" and he said, "If you brought home more than breadsticks, yeah..." and he was half-smiling, so I said, "...are you being serious?" And he nodded. And I got severely pissed off.

I know, I know. It's just food. It's a stupid thing to get upset about. But when it happens over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and OVER again, you would get just as angry as I did. Dad told mom what was going on cuz she didn't hear it and she got incredibly angry and started shouting at dad to discipline Nick for eating my food.

A whole huge fight broke out that ended with mom storming off to her room, dad leaving the house, and Nick coming out to apologize to me cuz dad told him to before leaving. Nick said he was sorry and he wasn't thinking and "they just looked so good" and blahblahblah. I said, "It's okay, Nick, but you NEVER think. You ALWAYS eat all my food and drink everything. Just think next time!"

Then I went to my room and watched Monk from last night. It was good, but I felt bad for Monk. :\ Mom yelled for me to come clean out the cupboard under the sink in the bathroom, which took a while cuz there's so much random shit in there. I finished around 2:00, I think, and went straight back to my room, where I decided to take a nap in an attempt to escape the anger.

I had a dream that I was reading this book about Jon and Stephen having sex (not with each other, unfortunately), but as I read it, it was happening right in front of me (like that Inkheart movie, lol). It was really weird, I don't get it at all and I don't remember much... Anywho, I woke up at 6:00 and got online for a bit. Dad came in half an hour later to ask if I was gonna eat dinner.

I said yes, of course, since I hadn't eaten anything all day. We were sposed to have steak. Something went wrong, however, and the steak became mushy and gross and completely inedible. ALL OF IT. So we just had salad. The salad was good, but it was small and contained no meat, and I've said it before: I cannot go all day without any meat. It makes me ridiculously hungry later.

Now we're watching Psych and we're gonna watch more Dexter later, I think. I kinda just wanna make some pizza rolls and go back to sleep. The world is quiet when I'm sleeping. ...Shoebox mentioned that it's in the 50's where she is, and it's TOTES the same here. I went outside without a jacket today and GAH, it felt SO GOOD. <3 I can't wait for the warm-up that's coming; it's sposed to be in the 50's all week!

Um. Oh! A couple people have linked to this vid, which is from The Love Guru (I think it's outtakes from the DVD...), and it's hysterical. ALL of you should watch it, lol, as Stephen and Jim Gaffigan were pretty much the only good parts of that movie. XD Man, the Psych from last night is good. And the guy who plays Tom is REALLY cute, lol. X] Well...imo.

Don't forget to attend [info]phantom_roxs' wedding tomorrow, guys! I think it's gonna be in the afternoon, lol. Okay, I'm done. I'm gonna get an ice cream sandwich and chill. And perhaps write. Dexter is quite inspirational for murder mysteries, lol.

We're Gonna Go Get Us Some Banana Pudding, Motherfucker!
Hello people!

IT'S SUPERBOWL SUNDAY! WHOOT WHOOT WHOOT WHOOT!

I don't know WTF is wrong with my unconscious self, lol, but apparently, it's on a sex-kick. I had dream last night that I was watching porn. I mean, surrsly? That's my dream? That's a stupid dream. My brain is so weird. Oh, and I also dreamt that dad asked me to go to Giant Eagle with him, and I was like, "When?" and he said, "Sometime today." *shrugs* I don't even know, guys, I don't even know.

I set my alarm to get me up at 10:00 today cuz I didn't wanna sleep really late. Well, my alarm went off, I woke up, turned it off, and went right back to sleep for forty minutes. *shakes head* I'm a doofus, lol. So I didn't get up til about 10:40. I got online pretty much right away, after saying hi to mom and dad real quick, and started my day by watching a little Grounded For Life.

At 11:16-ish, I remembered that I'd recorded the rerun of Friday's ep of Monk cuz I missed it the first time. So I watched that. It was good! Bob Costas (Kostas?) was funny and AWWW, Stottlemeyer going back to Monk. That was super sweet. <3 I ate the rest of my Pocky (I know, I should stop doing that, lol) and half the candy I got yesterday, lol. X] What can I say? I like candy.

I decided to catch up on TDS/TCR as much as I could today. Some of the eps I was watching were from the beginning of December, some of them from the end of December, some of them from the past couple of weeks. I'm up to January 19th right now. I still have last week's and the week of the 19th to watch and then I think I'll be caught up...but I don't have time to watch them all, of course.

The eps I have watched, however, were HYSTERICAL. OMG, Stephen cracked a LOT and Jon even cracked a couple times! :D They were so great and I finally watched Jon's tearing apart of Huckabee. It was splendid. It made me cry, it was so fantastic. I just love Jon. So much. <3 OMG, and Kevin Bacon's surprise appearance on TCR, and Hall&Oates surprise appearance on TDS?! AWESOMESAUCE!

The title of this post is something Stephen said he and Sweetness were gonna do in Reno. X] All-You-Can-Eat means ALL YOU CAN EAT!  Hehe! Indeed, Stephen. Indeed. Yeah, this entry's gonna be short, lol, not much has happened today. I had some deviled eggs and my absolute fave dip ever; mom's homemade mexican chip dip. It's SO good. And now I get potato salad! :D

OMFG. Stephen's doing The Word and he was showing clips talking about torture and shit and he showed the premiere of 24 where Jack's on trial and then he said, "AND YOU DO NOT DISAGREE WITH JACK BAUER." UM. FUCK YES, STEPHEN. BEST THING EVER. *breathes* Sorry, I know there's a lotta capslock in this post, lol. If the shows weren't so fucking great, that wouldn't be happening.

So, surprise surprise, I haven't done any homework. I don't know what I'm gonna do. I just can't make myself work. I know that sounds stupid, but I can't do it. I don't have the drive, the fear to fail does nothing for me anymore, and I just don't give a fuck about anything school related, lol. I have a make-up test tomorrow that I know I'm gonna fail, and I still can't bring myself to just look over some notes!

I have a problem, lol. Instead of studying or doing homework, I'm gonna go work on an angst!fic inspired by someone posting about lust/love spells at some point on Twitter last night (I think it was a secrettweet) that eventually involves the death of a character. Maybe. And mom's just gonna yell at me when I bring home a D in math in a couple weeks, and yet, I still don't care.

OKAY. That's enough of that. I leave you with...um...GO CARDINALS! KICK SOME STEELER ASS!

They Arrested a Goat for Armed Robbery
Hello people!

Guh. School sucks. We did NOT have another snow day.

I didn't get up to my alarm this morning. I wish I coulda just slept all day. The left side of my back and my left leg were KILLING me. I am honestly, legitimately surprised that they hurt so much from that fall yesterday, it wasn't THAT bad. :\ But yeah, it kinda hurts to move and such. On top of that, my...monthly "gift"...arrived today, and I get indescribably painful cramps on the first day of it. Always.

Dad said I still had to go to school, so I did. In Myth, we watched a little bit of 2001: A Space Odyssey, which I've never seen, but want to. It was kinda weird in the beginning, but not bad. I know we're not gonna watch the rest, so I'll have to rent the movie or something. We just did more notes in math. I have not turned in a single assignment in the past three-four weeks.

I've decided to cut myself completely from that part of me and try to turn in every math assignment I get because surrsly, I can't fail, and my quiz and test grades are not good enough to keep my grade at a C without turning in homework. So, yeah. I'm afraid I won't be able to do it, but I'm gonna try. AP Gov. was fun, we just did current events the whole time.

One of the stories was about these two criminals in Nigeria who tried to steal a car, apparently, and the cops spotted them. They ran from the police and escaped, but a group of standers-by told the police that one of the men turned himself into a goat using black magic. The police arrested the goat and are holding it in custody. *facepalm* Here's the story.

Jen stopped by AP Gov. and we chatted for a bit, but, unfortunately, not long enough. JEN. We didn't do our movie night! We've gotta do it the next time you're in town, hon. I texted mom and told her I was feeling shitty and that I didn't think I could stay at school all day (TOO MUCH WALKING!). After a few minutes of discussion, she said she'd come get me. <3

At about 10:00, mom picked me up. She brought me home and made me tea and I pretty much went straight to bed. I slept for, like, three hours and it was WONDERFUL. I need more sleep, lol. Anywho, mom got me up at 1:00 cuz I had a dentist appointment at 2:00 (my first one in, like, seven years!). I've always loved the dentist, so I wasn't anxious or anything about going.

Mom thinks I'm a freak for loving the dentist, lol, but ya know. It's better for me to love going than hate going, right? At my dentist when we were little, we always got cool little toys or stickers or something. But even sans that, I still love getting a free toothbrush and floss. :] Okay, fine, I'm a freak, whatevski, LOL. ;D This lady did x-rays of my teeth first. That part was painful.

She stuck this plastic thing in my mouth and I had to bite down and it dug into my gums. Blech. AND, I have a super sensitive gag reflex, and it was poking at my throat, making me want to...well, gag, lol. After five/ten-ish minutes, we were done with that. This adorable Chinese lady came over and cleaned my teeth. That took a long time, lol, cuz I don't floss normally, like I'm sposed to. :}

BUT, I have no cavities! :D YAYZ! So, then, the dentist guy came over and we chatted a bit and he rec'd that I start flossing, lol. Then he noticed my WristStrong bracelet and was like, "Is that a WristStrong bracelet?" and I said, "Yeah! :D" and he said something like that makes me ten times cooler and he told me not to fall outside and I was like, "I actually fell yesterday, lawlz." and he said, "That's what happened to Stephen!"

XD HE WAS AWESOME. I officially love our dentist, LOL. Lastly, I had these molds made from my teeth so that I can get these whitening tray things that the dentist's office offers. The trays are filled with this gel that whitens your teeth, but the trays are custom made to your teeth, so it doesn't even feel like you're wearing them! :] Pretty sweet, imo, hehe. <3 I don't get the trays til next week, though, cuz they gotta set and stuff.

Nick also had an appointment and he, also, has no cavities. That was surprising, cuz he, like, never brushes his teeth and definitely doesn't floss and all he eats is junkfood. *shrugs* But yay, Nick! HAHA. After that, we went home and dad arrived shortly after us with dinner. He brought pizza for himself and Nick, a calzone for mom, and a pepperoni sandwich for me. SO DELICIOUS. <333

Oh, AND he got me a bottle of iced tea! :D WHOOT! That's about it. Mom has an appointment at 6:30, but there's not really anything on TV tonight that she likes, so s'all good. I DVR'd Jon's appearance on Conan last night. For those of you that watched it, was it good? I'm not a Conan fan, but I just love Jon, ya know, lol. ;] I bet he was adorable, he's just so cute.

OMG, Supernatural was so crazy last night. I LOVED wee!Sam, but teen!Dean was such a douche, imo. The ending was kinda lame, though. I did, however, love the English teacher. He wasn't just sweet and awesome to Sam, but he was SO CUTE! :D And Hell's Kitchen! LAWLZ, it was amusing. I'm annoyed with people that try to talk back to Chef Ramsey, though. Do they know ANYTHING about him?

WHO'S EXCITED FOR THE SUPERBOWL!? GO CARDINALS! <3

Russian Roulette is Not the Same Without a Gun
Hello people!

I spent a ton of time downloading stuff from YouTube last night, including a couple fanvids that I'm afraid will be taken off (Don't Feel Like Dancin', I Touch Myself). I wanted to get FANVID: "Stephen, Crank It Up," too, but it was already removed. :'( I messaged the creator, colbnan, and asked if she had it elsewhere or if she could send me the original. She has it on Daily Motion, thankfully, AND said she'd send me the vid when she could find it, lol. <3

I slept til 11:00 this morning, when mom woke me up and said we had to get going. I got dressed and checked my email quickly then mom said to start her car and back it into the driveway (she parks in the garage). I did and we left almost immediately. It was FREEZING out today; -5 when we left the house, -3 by the time we got back. *shudders* We first went to the DMV to get me a state-issued ID.

I need one for Presidential Classroom and my temps expired in August. This way, I don't have to re-do my driving test and it only costs eight bucks. So I got my ID (my pic's kinda lousy...I look drugged, LOL) and it said, "NONDRIVER" on it. I laughed out loud when I read that, I dunno why, it just tickled me, lol. I LOVE IT. I am proud to be labeled a nondriver, lol.

Next we went to Kroger (BLECH). We didn't stay there long and I got a Starbucks frapp in bottle form, so YAY. Mom also picked me up some toothpaste to bring to D.C. We stopped at the Post Office so I could mail out that rec letter (I mentioned that, right?) that had to go to Green Mountain college, then decided to go to lunch at Max & Erma's down the street.

I got their chicken tortilla soup and some chicken fingers. OH MAN, it was SO DELICIOUS. I love tortilla soup. And their shit is so spicy, it clears the sinuses. Perfect thing to have if you're sick. ;] We went to Speedway across the street and I got some hot coffee (I know, I know, two coffees in one day...I can't help it, it's SO GOOD, lol), then we dropped books at the library, then we went home.

I did the dishes and we pretty much just chilled. This show, uh...oh, "The 20 Most Horrifying Unsolved Mysteries"...or something like that. It was pretty awesome and VERY interesting. And it included the Black Dahlia. I never actually knew anything about the case, so it was interesting to hear about it. And the Zodiac was featured, too, of course. Unfortunately, I don't remember what number one was...

Then there was this show called, "The 20 Most Horrifying Hollywood Murders." Number twenty was Phil Hartman. *sigh* It made me cry. I need to watch more of his stuff, I really love him. <3 I didn't watch the rest cuz Cash Cab came on, but I DVR'd the end. I'll watch it later...maybe at 8:00. Moving on. GUESS WHAT?! The WristStrong bracelet came! :D YAYZ! <3 Oh, man, I'm stoked, lol.

OMG, LOOK! A KITTEH WHO SAYS, "OM NOM NOM!"

The title of this post is from Poker Face, simply cuz I don't really have anything else to use and I REALLY love that line (why? I have no clue). I desperately wanted to rip season four of 24 from our DVD set to put on my iPod, but I can't find a program that'll do it that's free. :'( Oh, well, I'll just have to bring it and watch it on Tyrone, I guess...I hope it doesn't make him freeze...

I must admit, I'm actually feeling, like, scared about going. I don't know why, but...yeah. I feel really weird and kinda sad and worried but there's absolutely no reason for me to be. *headdesk* And I'm torn: should I watch TDS/TCR cuz I'm three weeks behind and should get some of them off my DVR, or should I play Splinter Cell cuz I really feel like playing before I leave?

Oh, yeah, my blog's one year anniversary is Sunday and I won't be able to get online. :'( *sigh* So, I think I'll celebrate now:

A little gamblin' is fun when you're with me... )

We'd Like Permission to Search Your Pie
Hello people!

Last night, mom knocked on my door at 12:18 and said she couldn't sleep. She came in and we watched George Lopez for an hour, lol. She thought George was funny, but that the show isn't very good itself. *shrugs* At least she likes George! :D I went to sleep at 1:30 and didn't get up til 2:46 in the afternoon today. *shakes head* This entry will be short, lol, cuz I have done little to nothing today. XD

I hate that I slept so late, but I guess I needed the sleep or that wouldn't have happened. I took a shower, then mom and dad came home. They went to see Marley & Me (Nick backed out, surprise surprise) and got some groceries. They both said the movie was good, but I don't believe them, lol. Let's see. Then I did a load of laundry and took out my trash.

I watched last night's Monk (which I DVR'd cuz I didn't feel like watching it at the time). It was great! I LOVE Steve Zahn, so it was nice to see him, lol. And Monk was so sweet to him (...eventually, lol)! SO MUCH WIN. <3 Speaking of USA, Psych was pretty good last night. Silly, as usual, lol. And OOH! Shawn was talking to a dolphin in a secure area at night (he wasn't sposed to be there, don't ask, lol).

The dolphin started...squeaking?...making dolphin noises, lol, and Shawn was like, "Shhh! No! Pa does NOT love Fa!" And I was like, "OMFG. THAT'S FROM THAT THREAT DOWN I LOVE SO MUCH!" XD Excuse the crazy caps-lock. Anywho, I squee'd. This is why.

Cut because ComedyCentral's videos tend to glitch pages... )

Yeah, I freaking love that Threat Down. Moving on. I ate some toast and watched Monday's eps of TDS/TCR. They were GREAT. Jon was soooooo spot-on and the puppy thing AndyC did? SO ridiculous. I wonder how stupid he felt, lol. XD But it was cute, I admit that. And Stephen's hair? OMFG. I mean, OH MY FUCKING GOD. It was so beautiful. So fluffy and wonderful and sexy and I wanted to pet him and so much more.

Um...yeah. X] The show was pretty funny, of course. OH, and YAY Tek Jansen! :D Those are always hilarious. After that, I wanted to watch the Monk's Viewer's Choice marathon, so I caught a few eps of that. The title of this post is from one of the eps I've never seen before; one with Sharona (who I despise) where Monk helps his brother, Ambrose, solve a case about his neighbor. Twas a good one, lol.

Have I ever told you guys about my neighbor? I call him CIA Guy. He's practically never home and leaves at really weird times of day, that's why I call him CIA Guy, lol. Anyway, he just left his house...I wonder why. I don't recall seeing him come home, actually...gah, I wish I could watch this guy more, lol. That sounds really creepy, but it's interesting!

One time, he came home at 2:14 in the afternoon, stared at his tire for three minutes, went inside for four minutes, cleaned his dashboard with a wipe for three minutes, then left again! He was home for ten freaking minutes! I mean, it's so weird. And he's really cute, too, lol, so at least he's nice to look at when observing him...yeah, okay, I'm done now. Don't think I'm a freak, lol. :}

Oh, jeez, I sound so weird. *headdesk* ANYWHO. I gotta eat something, I feel light-headed...and slightly nauseous...? *shakes head* Sorry this is so late! It was hard to write.

I Would Marry This Yoghurt...I Would Marry It In Its Face
Hello people!

Damn. I have to go back to school in two days. *headdesk*

Well, despite my resolution to do otherwise, I was up til 3:00 again last night. I didn't sleep as long today, though; got up around...noon, I think? Dad accidentally slammed the basement door, which is right next to my bedroom, so I kinda couldn't help waking up. I hopped online and watched some TV. Spongebob was on, but it wasn't the news ones, so they were funny.

OH, except for one of them being new; Mr. Krabs told Spongebob to take a vacation and Spongebob had no idea what that was and he just couldn't stay away from the Krusty Krab cuz he desperately wanted to work. It was really annoying, I kept saying (to no one in particular, of course), "Jeezus, Spongebob, take a fucking vacation. Just go home and watch TV, that's what you're sposed to do!" *shakes head*

I went out and said hi to dad and got a drink then went back to my room for more Spongebob. At some point, iCarly came on, so of course, I watched that. OMG one of my fave eps came on; the one with the Pack-Rat machine. I don't like about half the episode, but the ending is seriously the greatest thing ever. I taped it (surprise, surprise).

Hehe, so, yeah, after a few eps of iCarly, Drake&Josh came on, but the ep that was on was just on a few days ago, so I decided to play some more Sims. I decked out our house a little more, hunted for nuts and fruits and speared some fish. Then I listened to music. Specifically this song that I love so much it hurts, lol; Bom Dia Rio by Bassacucanova. I've been listening to it on repeat for hours.

Oh, remember how yesterday I said I couldn't get Sim!Jon and Sim!Stephen to marry each other? Well, I figured out that one of them has to wear the wedding beanie and one has to wear the wedding lei, so I did just that and CHECK IT. They finally got married! :D Pretty much made my day, lol. Although, you can't make them do anything, which annoys me. Yes, I'm a pervert, what of it?

At 5:00, I met three of my friends - Michael, David, and Jen - at Outback Steakhouse. I haven't seen Michael or David in a long time, so it was really nice to see them, and it's been too long since I've seen Jen, too. It was great to hang with them and have dinner. And OH, dinner was so good; I had Alice Springs Chicken with just bacon, honey mustard sauce, and mashed potatoes. DELICIOUS.

We had a really good time and I can't wait til we can do it again. I really miss those guys. <3 David gave me a ride home afterwards and that's about it. Here we are. Mom and I got into a tiff just cuz she's stupid and annoying sometimes. Blah. I'm gonna play some more Sims, maybe I'll play my other Sims game, lol. Or maybe MGS. It's been a while since I've played it.

Oh, title of this post is from a video I saw on YouTube with Jerry Trainor (Spencer, Crazy Steve) and some crazy woman named Hungry Girl. I must say, I don't like her. She's kind of annoying. Like Rachael Ray. But they were eating yoghurt (yogurt?) and Jerry said that. *points to title* He's so silly. And adorable. AND I LOVE HIM. XD

Expect a video in a little while, once it's done processing and shit. I taped a couple minutes at dinner so you call could meet everyone, lol. X] I've mentioned Jen here before, she's soujiokita, so you get to see her now, lol. Don't stalk and/or rape her. XD

The end!

Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*

We Need an Etch-a-Sketch, Someone in There Likes to Squiggle
Hello people!

I was up til 2:00 last night, listening to "Hot n Cold" over and over, lol. I danced around and sang along and just acted like a complete moron until I realized that it was 2:00 in the morning and I should probably go to bed, LOL. Thankfully, it didn't take me long at all to fall asleep. And I slept quite soundly til mom got me up at 10:30/11:00-ish.

Mom told me that dad was getting outta work early, so we were all gonna go to the movies (yes, again, lol). I took a shower real quick and got online for a few minutes and then mom rushed us out. We went and met dad at the movies but not before picking up some lunch at Burger King. We decided to see Bedtime Stories cuz mom doesn't wanna see Valkyrie.

It was decent. Ya know, it's a kid's movie and it was funny and predictable and for a kid's movie, I think it was decent. But OMG, the experience was so bad. A TON of people came in, like, five minutes into the movie, which pisses me off to no end. Then, one of the huge groups of people that came in sat right behind us. That group had a little girl with them who would NOT shut up.

Mom turned around and said, "Could you please keep it down?" And their bitchy mother said, "That's rude." and dad turned around and said, "No, THAT'S rude." (obviously referencing her child not STFU-ing). Then bitch!mom said, "No, YOU'RE rude, she's only ten." Okay, excuse me? TEN?! WTF?! Am I the only person that thinks there's something wrong with that?

By the time I was ten, if I wasn't quiet when I was sposed to be, I was taken home. For Christ's sake, we're not talking about a fucking FOUR year-old here! Kay, I'm done, sorry, but she really pissed me off. God, what a bitch she was. After the movies, we went to Giant Eagle and I got a huge gumball. WHOOT WHOOT, lol.

When we got home, I found two awesome things waiting for me in the mailbox. One is partially awesome; I got a card from Uncle Douche, but the awesome part is the Wal*Mart giftcard that came with it, lol. That sounds terrible, lol, but whatev. Oh, and a testament to his stupidity: he forgot how much the card is worth. *shakes head*

The second thing that's incredibly ridiculously awesome is my second package from celli! I must admit, I feel super guilty for not having sent anything yet, I'm so fucking lazy (I swear to god, celli, I'm taking it to the post office on January 6th the second I get outta school). Anywho, it's amazing and wonderful and I found the best surprise ever inside: a Jiji stuffed kitty!

It literally made me cry tears of joy, lol. I showed mom and she said, "OH MY GOD, how did she know?! What a great friend, that's so awesome of her!" XD And now mom keeps asking if she can hold Jiji cuz she loves him, lol. X} And I ate a whole pack of candy cuz it tasted exactly like apples and it tasted SO fucking good.

And, to celli, my parents and I really love the card, it's so pretty. And mom was like, "Ooh, Japanese, COOL!" XD She's like your own personal fangirl! ;D Anywho, I paid all the application fees I had to and submitted all my writing EXCEPT that essay I'm still struggling with. I'm *this* close to being done, which is good, cuz they're all due tomorrow. *shudders*

The good thing is it'll all be over soon, lol. Let's see...then mom, dad and I watched Leverage. That show rocks so hard. The title of this post is from it. Um...and that's about it, I believe. Oh, jeez, someone linked me to Jon Stewart on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, though I don't remember who...anyway, I watched it last night and Jon is so brilliant and he's hysterical (of course)!

So, if you need something to keep you up til midnight, watch Jon and laugh. XD Part one. Part two. Part three. BTW, I know a lot of you are Anderson Cooper fans, and the same person that linked to Jon on Millionaire linked to AndyC on Jeopardy. XD Please enjoy, lol. Now mom and dad are forcing me to watch Eagle Eye, lol, so peace. I'll be around til midnight, of course. HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVE!

Before I sign off, any resolutions, guys? I don't make resolutions anymore. I never stick to them, what's the point, lol?

Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*

No, I Will NOT Speak to Your Unicorn!
Hello people!

Merry-day-after-Christmas! XD I was up til 1:30 setting up my iHome, hehe. It's lovely; the radio is WONDERFUL (I don't have any other form of stereo or anything) and the alarm is super cool. It was worth the time it took.

I had some weird dreams last night (what else is new?). I first dreamt that I was riding this freakishly small bus (which I've dreamed about before...). There were, like, seven seats total, including the bus-driver's seat. I was in the far back, right seat. Suddenly, we were moving and Mahone from Prison Break was leaning against the door cuz there weren't any seats left.

I got excited cuz I think Mahone is cute/cool, so I was like, "Hi, I'm Miranda." and he seemed really annoyed - I would assume cuz he didn't have a seat - and said, "I'm Mahone." and then was really quiet and stared at his shoes. I was sad that he didn't say anything else, then that dream pretty much ended. I know I dreamt about T-Bag (also from Prison Break), too, but I don't remember what happened.

Then I dreamt that I was at school and had to stay after to finish a math project in the art room (I don't even know, lol) with four other girls, but we were all mad at each other, for some reason. After about ten minutes, we'd talked about it and were all happy and stuff again and our project was done. I told everyone that I had to call my parents and get a ride home, but when I called mom and dad, both lines were busy.

THEN, I saw that celli had tried to call me, so I went to call her back and HER line was busy, too. *shakes head* Then I woke up. Um...it was about 10:30 when mom and dad came to get me up. They asked if I wanted to go with them to the store, but meh, I was tired. So I said no and tried to go back to sleep. That didn't turn out so well, lol. I officially got outta bed at 11:00.

I watched The Fairly OddParents Christmas episode, which I taped yesterday. When that was done, Fairly OddParents was on Nick, so I watched some of that, then iCarly was on. The title of this post is from one of the eps of iCarly, where Spencer is talking to this girl he went on a date with the night before and he says *points to title* that to her, then hangs up the phone. X] It's pretteh amusing, imo, lol.

Let's see...oh, then I downloaded iTunes, which took FOREVER. After a couple hours, and that's not an exaggeration, I transfered my music and videos onto my iPod. I also added LJ, Twitter, Facebook, and NFZ to my home screen so I have easy access to them. Unfortunately, the WiFi connection isn't incredibly strong, so it tends to lose its connection every now and then.

Nick came in to play Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories on my PS2 for a couple hours. That was fun, but CoM isn't exactly the BEST game ever. It's converted from a Japanese game and you have to battle with cards instead of actually fighting the Heartless, so I think that's kinda stupid, but, ya know. Whatevski. I'll just have to watch Nick play. *shrugs*

Mom and dad brought us home some fast food for dinner. And...it rained today. *shakes head* Rain. I mean, RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIN! X] OH! I also watched A Colbert Christmas this morning. It's just as funny as I remember, lol. I watched the one without audience participation, and I LOVED the part where Jon said he had a cabin first and Stephen used to live there. There needs to be ficcage, guys. FICCAGE.

We watched Burn After Reading last night. OMMFG. It's such a clusterfuck. It's insane and weird and funny and stupid and blunt and shocking and, yeah, a total clusterfuck. I didn't not like, but I didn't love it. I really liked Brad Pitt's character, even though I usually despise Pitt, but then that thing happened and it really bummed me out! And the ending! I mean, jeez! Totally crazy.

I believe that's it, lol. I saw that you can get the entire series of SWC for $45 on teh iPod, which is cool, but HOLY MOO EXPENSIVE. Oh, I figured out the tag problem; apparently, I reached my limit of 1200 tags. Am I the only person that thinks a "tag limit" is retarded? How is that a good idea? I'm kinda annoyed cuz I can't really add new tags now. *sadface*

Um, yeah. The end! X]

He Went Shopping?! He Can't Even Tie His Shoes!
Hello people!

This week is lasting forever. The month is going by fast, but this week? Yeah, SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SLOW.

We had a work period in photo so I studied for the math test we had today. I actually think I did okay...I hope I got an A, I could really use the points. We have a test tomorrow, too, which makes me angry, lol. What is UP with teachers giving us tests and quizzes only a few days before our mid-terms (or, in my case, finals)? Tis ridiculous.

In AP Gov., we FINALLY went over the material we need to know for tomorrow's test. I'm not quite sure how well I'll do, but at least I know more than I did yesterday. We did almost everything else we had to do in forensics, meaning we only have one more thing to do tomorrow (get shoeprints) and then we're done. I'm pretty sure we're gonna be done before everyone else, LOL. SO WHOOT!

I had to work on my dumbass zine in MindCandy today. It blew; Dewey and I spent an hour on one of the stupid Macs trying to crop, edit, and set in the right measurements a picture of a computer monitor (it's part of my set-up). AN HOUR. This is why I hate Macs. It took us an hour to fix minor problems and it was just stressful and stupid. But eventually, we fixed everything. Now I just gotta put it together! :]

Mom picked me up, but we went home quickly cuz she's feeling very sick today. I think she caught it from dad - he was feeling sick a few days ago. I hope I don't get sick cuz it would SUCK to be so during exams. *guh* That would be Hellish. I made scrambled eggs and sausage for lunch (I know I had it for dinner last night but it's SO DELICIOUS).

Mom took a quick bath and I got online, then we watched Home Alone and Home Alone 2 together. Those movies are ridiculously hilarious and awesome. *LOVE* them. The title of this post is from the movie; it's at the end of the first one when Kevin tells everyone he went shopping and one of the brothers says the title. X]

Guess what? I applied for my first, actual job today! XD I know, kinda late, but as they say, better late than never. I applied at GameStop cuz there's one about ten minutes from here and I love video games, so it'd be awesome to work there. You have to be 18, but I figured I'd get the application process started now since my birthday is only a couple weeks away.

I get emails from the No on Prop 8 group and today I got one that asked me to sign a letter thanking Jon Stewart for defending gay rights/marriage against Huckabee last night. I HAD to sign (even though I have yet to watch the interview). I'm sure you guys would like to as well, so incase you're not signed up for the same emails as me, here's the link.

Hmm. Two days ago, Nick informed us that he had a girlfriend. We didn't ask him or anything, he told us at 6:36 in the morning that he had a girlfriend named Jill who he called, "Jilly-Bean." Dad asked about her five minutes ago and Nick flipped out and was like, "I don't wanna talk about it." It's been TWO FUCKING DAYS. Is he THAT terrible that he can't keep a girlfriend for two days? I mean, I know he's an asshole, but...

Moving on. I believe that is all, loverlies. There's an upcoming meme I'm about to do that is FREAKISHLY COOL! XD

I Love to Smile, Smiling's My Favorite!
Hello people!

It was soooooooooooo hard to get up this morning. I'm ready for break. Like. NOW. Pleeeeeeeeease?

Photo was boring. But I developed my pics and they mostly came out great! :D I love them. We didn't really do much in math. What we're doing is quite easy. Oh, but I got that quiz back from last week and I did quite poorly. *headdesk* Goddamn no calculator quizzes. They fucking suck. We had a sub in AP Gov., so we just did, ya know, busy-work kinda stuff.

Ooh, we did a DBQ (document-based question), and I LOVE THOSE, so it was pretty easy. I love them cuz you don't really need much outside information, you just use what they give you. WHOOT! We started our exam in forensics, which requires us to investigate a crime scene and interview suspects/witnesses. I'm STOKED bout that. I came up with a buncha questions already! :D

The only annoying thing is that two people in my group are DOUCHE-FACES and one of them LEGITIMATELY suggested that we ask, "Did you do it?" I told him a million fucking times that I refuse to ask that question cuz it's a fucking STUPID question, but he wouldn't hear it. So HE can ask the fucking dumbass question if he wants it included so badly. Fucktard.

Yeah, that really bugged me, lol. Moving on. MindCandy was cool, we just chilled and chatted. We printed off my zine and I think it's fine, but Dewey thinks the words are too small (they're the same size as the words here, she just has really bad eyes). Meh. Don't really care. Robbins came in late (as usual), but he sat next to me and we chatted and he sang to me. HE SANG, lol. He told me he wrote a song about friends a while ago and I asked him to sing it and he did. And his voice is loverly. <3

Chris gave me a ride home and I did the laundry then did all the dishes, though I wasn't told to. I figured it'd be nice for mom to come home to the chores done. And I was right! ;D Mom gave me five bucks! WHOOT! I listened to some music and basically chilled for a bit til mom suggested we watch Elf...

I've never seen it before, but I heard it was great and mom and dad LOVE it, so we watched it. ZOMF WHAT HAVE I BEEN MISSING?!?! It's one of the best Christmas movies I've ever seen! I LOVE IT. XD And YAY, Amy Sedaris! I had no clue she was in that movie! The title of this post is from teh movie, of course. So, yeah, it's an amaaaaaaaaaazing movie and I would totes watch it again in a heartbeat.

And now you're caught up. Oh, we kind of have a minor-ish issue. I'm not really sure...but it might be something to worry about it. On Saturday, mom wanted mint gum but she didn't have any. We all know Nick has a stash of mint gum that I figured he kept in his backpack. Dad asked if I knew where it was, and I said no, but check the front pockets of his backpack cuz it might be there.

Dad came back out and informed me (not mom) that Nick had two packs of cigarettes and a lighter in his backpack. Dad confronted Nick about it after mom left for an appointment, and Nick claimed he was holding onto them for Danny (a mutual friend of ours). I asked Danny about it today cuz I wanted to make sure Nick was being truthful. He wasn't.

Danny had no clue what I was talking about. And now I'm freaking out. What if Nick smokes? He doesn't ever smell like smoke, but he's constantly spraying himself with AXE (which stinks, btw), so maybe he's covering it up? I don't know, I'm prolly just paranoid, but I can't help it; he's my brother, I don't want him doing stupid, dumbass things when he's so young. :(

Enough of that, moving on. I watched Tuesday's TCR last night and ZOMF IT WAS WONDERFUL. The Word that everyone was talking about was, indeed, as adorable as everyone claimed. GAH SO CUTE. And I'd love to know what Jon had to say about it (maybe he suggested it?). And Stephen cracked multiple times, which always makes me smirky. <3

Your Voice Is Like a Combination of Fergie and Jesus!
Hello people!

I was woken up this morning by mom coming in my room to ask me a question. Not a prob, really, I figured I'd just fall back asleep. I didn't, unfortunately.

I stayed up til 3:00 last night, talking to celli and writing <3, so I figured I'd sleep til 1:00 in the afternoon...or so. Well, as it turns out, I got up at 10:29 this morning, LOL. So, yeah, I'm sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeepy. XD But it was SO worth it.

I watched Monday and Tuesday's eps of TDS, but only Monday's ep of TCR cuz mom had me come out to watch Step Brothers. One thing at a time. Teh rents left to get groceries and stuff, and I, as I said, watched TDS/TCR. Everyone was correct when they said Monday's eps were HYSTERICAL. Holy fuck, they were great. Must include vids!!!

*facepalm* I wanted desperately to embed them cuz FOR SURRS, one is more likely to watch vids if they're right thur, but the FUCKING EMBED CODES will NOT fucking work, so I'm linking instead. *shakes head* SO: Jon Stewart Touches Kids, Moment of Zen, Tip/Wag Christmas Edition, War in Afghanistan (Al Roker&Smack).

Oh, and I'd like to point out that in the Al Roker TCR clip, Stephen shows a map of Ohio's Stormtracker behind Al Roker which has HILLIARD on it. GUESS WHERE THE FUCK I LIVE?!?! HILLIARD ZOMFFF!!! He had Hilliard up on the screen and I squee'd, LOL. Yeah, SQUEE'd. And I wound up waking Nick up, but I don't care. XD It was AWESOME.

I'm so done now, I swear. Um...oh, apologies if the FUCKING videos don't embed/cut correctly. The new CC vid codes fucking SUCK. Anywho, I watched Tuesday's TDS, but mom called me out to watch Step Brothers before I could watch Tuesday's TCR. *sigh* And now, my review of Step Brothers...prepare yourselves, lol.

Sh-sh-shut your mouth...you're looking SO stupid right now... )

I don't wanna go to school tomorrow. But, I do have something to look forward to; GARY COLE'S gonna be on Chuck tomorrow! :DDD FUCK YES! <3

Have Fun in Maccu Piccu, You Selfish Bitch!
Hello people!

I had a couple weird dreams last night. In one of them, I was doing another vote-themed event at my school, but this time, it was MUCH smaller. Like, only 100-150 people were there. However, I did have this majorly famous guest (though I don't know who...), so that had everyone all excited. When the event was over, I went to shake my guest's hand and realized she was insanely tall.

And by that I mean she was about two and a half feet taller than me. She was wearing 6-inch heels, so that explains the half foot, but yeah, I had to strain my neck to talk to her, lol. Then I woke up and fell back asleep. In the next dream, this freakish, angry man was trying to scare/kill me and a few friends (though I don't recall who).

We were cowering behind this ship that was washed up on this beach and was totally hollow. All I remember is the guy was laughing evilly and we were hiding behind the ship, then I was suddenly him and I was sitting next to the people hiding from him/me. I said something to the group and then Gretchen from Prison Break was there and said something to me, but I don't remember what.

Then, randomly, there was a phone on the ground and his/my mom was talking to me through it. And he/I was like, "Mom? Is that you?" and got really upset and teary and started crying and then Gretchen told me to man up and be strong and I told her to fuck off. And then we were all in my old house's kitchen (in Connecticut) and we were making ourselves sandwiches with lettuce (that stands out particularly, for some reason).

Dad came in and asked what was up cuz it was obvious that I (still he/me) had been crying, and I said, "Nothing, I'll be right there." And I stared at the lettuce for a second then I woke up. See? Those don't make any sense at all. *shakes head* The good thing, though? I slept until 1:00 today. And it was wonderful, lol.

Mom and dad left to get our Christmas tree and I made myself some lunch. Then I watched the TDS/TCRs from two weeks ago (the week before last). They were GOOD, lol. The title of this post is from Wednesday's Back in Black segment on TDS, of course. I love Lewis Black. He's so hysterical. Here's the clip, cuz it's kinda hard to explain.

OH! And the Obama condoms? Funniest goddamn thing I've ever seen. And when The Word said, "It's called a 'condom,' Stephen," I could not stop laughing. And when Denis Leary made Jon giggle leik whao, and when that guy whose name escapes me told Stephen he was brilliant and handsome and such. SO FUNNY. There were a lotta great moments in those eps a couple weeks ago.

Then I recorded a few videos that I will put together and post over the next coupla weeks (one of them should be up by tomorrow night...), played some more Splinter Cell (and beat it for the, like, 20th time) and listened to the Colbert Christmas soundtrack AGAIN, lol. Um. Yeah. That's about it. Today was fairly uneventful.

I still have homework to do and we're prolly gonna watch Christmas With the Kranks, which is a rockin' movie, lol. OH! Speaking of Jamie Lee Curtis, guess what?! She's coming here this month! :DDD Well, not here, exactly...Dayton...The Greene...but still! We're gonna go see her! And Mike Huckabee will be in Easton on Tuesday...or maybe it's tomorrow, but I think it's Tuesday. XD And I'm gonna go see him, too!

I have this fic I'm workin' on, but I can only do it by hand cuz I can't exactly write Jon/Stephen awesomeness on the family computer, and Ty just won't stay awake long enough for me to do anything. That frustrates me to no end, I HATE hand-writing stuff. SO, anywho, I dunno when it'll be done, but I'm gonna try my damndest to get it done before break (which starts the 18th for me).

You know what my parents told me yesterday? They have most of my Christmas shopping done already. As in, they only have a couple of things to get online and then they're done. Is it weird that they're done SO early or does everyone do that, lol? ...*points to icon* That's my fave screen-cap of all time EVER. I love it so. <3

Yeah. The end.
