Those, Um, Those Leather Masks, With the Zipper
Hello people!

I totally spaced that today is the last day of the Home and Garden Show and mom and I had to go. That was a rude awakening, lol.

So, I went to bed at, like, midnight-ish last night. I had a pretty vivid dream about this 14 year old girl (who was supposed to be me, but I was also watching everything happen...*shakes head*) who had an affair with this 30 year old guy. The guy's friend and boss said that they had to punish the girl for her feelings towards the 30 year old (the affairee), who said he felt the same way for the girl.

Then, for some reason, the affairee and his friend/boss and a few other guys with guns were looking in this barn for two OTHER guys, who were randomly naked and hiding in a stall full of hay. They were very muscly and were freaked out about being discovered cuz I guess they were gonna be killed, um, and then I woke up. I don't have the slightest clue why I had those dreams, lol. So weird. *shakes head*

Anywho. I woke up at 7:30, hacking and coughing. Because of this strange sickness, after sleeping, I wake up with that fuzzy feeling in my throat that makes me cough. Ya know that feeling? HATE IT. It was way too early, so I went back to sleep. Woke up an hour later, feeling exactly the same. Blahhh. I don't feel like I got enough sleep at all. And the worst part is, I think it's gonna keep happening til I'm better.

I got up and got online for a few minutes, then went and said hi to mom and dad. Mom reminded me that we were going to the show today and had to leave at 10:30-ish. Mom made me some tea and after drinking it, I took a quick shower. Practically right after that, we had to head out. We went straight to the show and were there til, like, 3:20, when Andrew came by to take over the booth.

It was pretty busy today, but we had fun. We played Hangman a few times and joked around and such. X] I took some stuff out to the car, then we were off, and mom took me to Panera, cuz I hadn't eaten anything all day and I was starving. I got the sandwich I've been craving for a week, a coffee, and my cheese pastry. MMM, SO GOOD. I love that meal, lol, it's my ushe and it's so fantastical.

We were there for about half an hour and then we went home. Mom discussed going to pastry school in the future and opening her own cafe. I told her it was a brilliant idea and I think she'd do great. AND, I'm gonna work with her at her cafe. :D I'm actually really excited for her to do this, and I'm gonna help her start her business. <3 Moving on. You're pretty much caught up now, lol.

OMG, there's this show on TLC called, "Extreme Forensics" and they just talked about a serial killer case in COLUMBUS, OH! :O It happened the year we moved here. And, one of the murders took place at the end of our street!!! Like, we've walked there before! CRAZEH! Mom says she and dad were afraid about living here, even though they caught the guy before we moved here.

OH GUESS WHAT?!?! Mom came in my room this morning and said, "Hey, I know you don't wanna go to the show, but thanks for coming anyway, and I'm gonna pay you. You wanna know how much?" (and she had a piece of paper in her hand) and I said, "How much?" and she gave me the paper, which said, "PHONE UPGRADE - VERIZON ALIAS." :D I GOT MY PHONE! It's coming on Tuesday! *SO EXCITED* XD

AHEM. The title of this post is from this HYSTERICAL video with young!Stephen and young!Paul Dinello answering the question, "What do you think about while sunbathing?"

Okay, I'm done now, LOL.

Does Hanukkah Commemorate Events Profound and Holy?
Hello people!

I was woken up at about 6:00, I think. I had to get ready real quick so we could leave ASAP. Mom and I left at about 6:30. We brought our SheDaisy Christmas CD (which, if you've never heard, you should DEF check out; it's one of our faves) and I kinda secretly brought along the Colbert Christmas Soundtrack CD I made. We listened to both, thankfully, so the drive to Dayton was wonderfully awesome.

When we finally got to the Christmas Tree Shoppe, mom pretty much FLIPPED, lol. We went inside and she was laughing and singing ("Another Christmas Song," I might add ;D) and saying that she might cry cuz she's so happy. XD Gotta love mom and her New England fanatacism. We spent about an hour there and got a TON of stuff (don't you just love a bargain?).

I got this adorable bag that is red with white lining along the bottom and a black belt across the center with a gold belt-buckle (like Santa's suit!). It's so cute. And...what else...oh, a candle! It's in the shape of a Christmas tree. So cute. Anywho, um...yeah. Then we went to Target. I FINALLY got my Colbert Christmas DVD! :DDD I'M SO STOKED. And the alternate endings totally rock, lol.

I also picked up this rockin' 80's Christmas CD (WITH WHAM!) and these cooly Gobstopper-flavored candy canes. OH! And this beautiful silver Empire State building ornament. OMG, I love it. It's so magnificent. We went to get some food at Friendly's (it was delicious, btw) and then stopped at The Greene since it was only a few minutes away.

We went to the bookstore and got some coffee. I picked up a pretty little snowflake necklace they had there, as well as the latest issue of the Official Supernatural magazine. I desperately didn't wanna come home cuz Uncle Douche-face is still here and GOD, I can't stand him. But mom said we had to go home cuz she wanted to. We didn't go see Four Christmases, unfortunately.

Mom said we'll go see it on Sunday, but I don't believe her, lol. And now? I'm watching The Top 100 Songs of the 80s on VH1. I LOVE IT. So much awesomeness, I'm geeking out a bit, LOL. Do you guys remember "Mr. Roboto" by STYX? God, that song is good. I forgot how great it really is - haven't heard it in, like, five years - but yeah, holy shit, it's so fantastic.

Speaking of? I'd LOVE to see STYX. They were here three years ago, but we didn't go. How AWESOME would that be?! Moving on...Psych and Monk's special Christmas episodes are on tonight! WHO'S EXCITED?!?! XD Today was a fairly good day...I just realized that, lol. I was feeling a tad cynical cuz everyone's being a little douchey, but now? It doesn't matter, lol.

Goodness me, my wonderful flist. I believe most of you know what today is, but I shall, of course, comment. It is Jon Stewart's and Paul Dinello's 46th birthdays. Not only were they both born on November 28th, but they were both born in 1962. How crazy is it that they were born on the exact same day and are both incredibly close to Stephen? I love it.

I wanna know what love is...I know you can show me... )

Happy birthday, boys! I hope you both had awesomely amazing days. <3

My Car Very Efficient; It Runs on Imagination!

Hello people!

I was woken up at 9:00 this morning. Blech. My mom left about twenty minutes after she got me up. I contemplated sleeping some more for another ten minutes until I realized I wouldn't get back to sleep. So I officially got up.

I did some chores and whatnot, but I mostly chilled today. My mom took me with her to her appointment and I slept. It was nice, lol. Um, I got some coffee and a Subway sandwich but neither of them were all that good. Oh, well.

ZOMG, I talked about Harvey Birdman with my mom and dad (and explained what the show was and that it started as being based on the original show from the 60's), and they laughed! I mean, like, they were actually quite entertained. And somewhat interested! I love it when they take an interest in my interests (or at least act like they do, lol). X]

I watched Be Kind, Rewind and it was good. Well, not, like, amazing, but it was decent. I wish Paul Dinello's character hadn't been such an asshole, though. He did look really good. I'm kinda surprised how good he looked. I usually don't *think* I'm gonna like how he looks much, but everytime I see him, he looks really good, and I'm always surprised by it. *shakes head at self* Anywho, yeah, he was supre cute. X] The movie was slightly depressing and kinda weird, but I'm glad I watched it.

The title of this post is from The Colbert Report when Cookie Monster was a guest. Stephen was upset cuz fruits are now the leading snack for youngsters (taking the place of cookies) and he blamed Cookie Monster. So Cookie Monster came on to "set the record straight." Stephen asked Cookie to stick around, and he said, "Yeah, I can stay. My car very efficient; it runs on imagination!" and he waved his fuzzy little hands(?) around in the air. It was hilarious.

Gah, okay, so, my dad wants to take my bro out to San Diego for the Comic Con for my bro's birthday, which is July 26th. I would *love* to go cuz I actually like comics and I know for a fact that Stephen has attended Comic Con's before for his Tek Jansen comic, so there's that, but I'd have to fly, and I am just not willing to do that. I can't, I can not fly...and I won't. So mom and I are staying home (it's 55 bucks per person, you couldn't think we'd ALL go and pay for the plane tickets!) and I dunno what we'll do...something fun, I'm sure. *slight sigh*

Mysidewayshalo found this awesome site where you can make jumbled word pattern thingies and ZOMG, it's crazy addictive. I'm trying to think of stuff - ANYTHING - to put in these collages cuz it's really fun! XD I already posted two in the previous post (be sure to check 'em out) and I'm gonna do some more, lol.

That's about it, really. I thought I had more to say but I guess I don't...huh...

Who Wants to Pump My 12-Gauge?

Hello people!

Wow. Today is covered in fail. I mean, like, soaked in it. It seems like almost everyone on my flist is sad (including myself...kinda-ish). I'm sorry everyone's so bummed. LOVES YOUSE GUYS.

I was annoyed earlier cuz my parents are reprimanding me bout cleaning and blahblahblah. My dad was pissed for some reason and took it out on me, and my bro got mad at me for listening to my music loud (even though I can hear his music well enough to sing along to it through his wall every night).

But I'm kinda past that now. I've been cleaning my room and it tends to calm me down, especially when I'm singing along to my fave music. I am goin' a little crazy trying to find a place for everything (I get more stuff, but my damn room doesn't get bigger!), but other than that, I'm okay.

It is kinda a blahy day, though. It's sposed to rain here, but it hasn't yet, so the sky is a bright white/light gray, but there's no rain. I love *dark* skies and rain, but *light* skies and rain are fail. They're just bright and boring. GIMME SOME RAIN, DAMN IT!

Anywho, um, I've been cleaning all day, so not much has been going on. I'm almost done with the entire Harvey Birdman series (surprise, surprise!). I've only got, like, three eps left. I wanna watch 'em tonight, but I also have to watch Be Kind, Rewind so my rents can take it back to Blockbuster. The main reason I even wanna see that movie is cuz of Paul Dinello's minor appearance in it. He should be in more things, really.

Oh, incase you couldn't guess already, the title of this post is from (wait for it...) Harvey Birdman. Phil was out with Potamus' nephews(?) and Potamus, hunting and fishing. Phil had a 12-Gauge (shot-gun? I don't even know) gun and was lugging it around. A beer plastic circle-holder thingy (those things you're sposed to cut up so they don't get caught on an animal's snout or something) got stuck around Potamus' snout/mouth, so he couldn't breathe.

One of the nephews reached up to take the plastic thing off, but there was a beer still in one of the circle-holder thingies, and Phil thought that's what the kid was reaching for. He pushed the kid away and was like (*paraphrased*), "No beer for you, that's man juice. Now, who wants to pump my 12-guage?" Hehe. *snuggles PKS*

Speaking of snuggling Phil, would it not be AWESOME if they made Phil Ken Sebben and Harvey Birdman stuffed animal-type things? Like, they make Spiderman ones, I know. They could make PKS and Birdman ones. I would love that. SO MUCH. They'd be so adorable! And you could bend their limbs...and maybe you could squeeze their hands or something and they'd say a couple well-known lines of theirs! :D *done fangirling*

I've still gotta clean out my closet - which is an indescribable mess - so I should get to that. Um...perhaps if something else happens today, I'll write some more later, but I doubt it.

Love y'all - Mira/Doc/Kat *meow*
